Santo - Sicilian Aperitif Vermut
Santo is the first Sicilian Vermut. It's infused from 100% Grillo wine, wild fennel, bitter orange, carob, lemon and sage - offering a fine balance of sweet and bitter notes. Our own Sicilian take on the ritual of Aperitivo.
Satra - Sicilian Wild Gin
Distilled from Mediterranean juniper berries and infused with seawater, Gin Satra gets its name from 'sataredda'. That’s the Sicilian shrub thyme, which flourishes wild on the beaches of Val di Noto and makes for a distinctive and refreshing spirit.
Baarìa - Sicilian Sea Vodka
Baarìa from the Punic 'bayharia' - land that descends toward the sea – is distilled from Mediterranean grains using seawater and infused with olive leaves and Sicilian lemon. It is the Vodka that evokes Sicily’s cliffs and coasts.
